Round Sanitary Sewer, Grease Pretreatment Interceptor and Water Valve Clean-Out Security Locks work independently below existing frames and covers and are cut to fit your existing clean-outs. Clean-Out Locks help prevent dumping of contaminants and hazardous toxic materials such as PCB’s into cleanouts associated with Sanitary Sewers and grease traps, secures water valves. Designed for food establishments, restaurants and grocery stores, as well as septic systems, storm and sanitary sewer utility facilities. Installation takes about 15 minutes, avoiding costly demolition or replacement of cleanout risers. One padlock is used to secure the Clean-Out unit. Padlocks can be ordered keyed alike to match padlocks on larger manholes or other security lock systems. Features: Series 300 stainless steel. Patented product includes subring with locking security bolts, and inner cover. Also includes anchor bolts for installation.
